Keep Your PUB999 Login Safe

Your account security is just as important to us as it is to you. Here are some simple practices every PUB999 player should follow to keep their account protected.

  • Use a Strong, Unique Password Make sure your PUB999 password is at least 8 characters long and includes uppercase letters, numbers, and a symbol. Don't reuse passwords from other accounts.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Add an extra layer of security to your login by enabling 2FA via your mobile number. Even if someone gets your password, they can't access your account without your OTP.
  • Never Share Your Password PUB999 support staff will never ask for your password. If anyone requests it — whether by chat, email, or phone — do not share it. Report it to us immediately.
  • Avoid Public Wi-Fi for Login Logging in to PUB999 on unsecured public Wi-Fi networks puts your account at risk. Use mobile data or a trusted home network, especially for deposits and withdrawals.
  • Always Log Out on Shared Devices If you ever access PUB999 from a shared or public device, make sure to log out completely when you're done. Don't save your login credentials on devices you don't own.
  • Watch Out for Phishing Sites Only ever login at pub999.best. Fake sites may look similar but are designed to steal your credentials. Always check the URL before entering your login details.

Common Questions

Login FAQs

Got a question about logging in to your PUB999 account? Here are the most common ones we hear from our players.

You can log in using either your username or the email address you registered with. If you've forgotten both, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat and they'll help you recover access to your account after verifying your identity.

Accounts may be temporarily locked after several failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. If your account is still locked, contact our support team directly.

Yes — check the "Keep me logged in" box when you login on your personal mobile device and you'll stay signed in between sessions. We recommend not using this option on shared or public devices for your account's security.

Check your spam or junk folder first — reset emails sometimes get filtered there. Make sure you're entering the exact email address you used when you registered on PUB999. If the problem persists after 10 minutes, contact our support team via live chat.

Absolutely. The PUB999 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, including mobile. As long as you're on a trusted network — your mobile data or home Wi-Fi — your login is safe. Avoid using public Wi-Fi hotspots when accessing your account.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and look for the Security section. From there, you can enable 2FA via your registered mobile number. Once active, each login will require an OTP sent to your phone, adding an extra layer of protection to your PUB999 account.
